Luma is currently available in public preview, allowing you a first opportunity to interact with the agent. We are continuing to expand Luma’s capabilities and put polishing touches on the chat experience.

What is Luma?

Luma AI is Decile’s AI-based ecommerce analyst. It minimizes dependency on data and analytics teams to democratize insights across the entire organization. Marketers, brand operators, and analysts looking to scale insight generation can now get answers in minutes. 

Luma not only delivers insights and reports, but shows you how it got to the result and highlights recommended next steps.

How do I use Luma?

Similar to other conversational AI agents, using Luma is as simple as asking a question - no matter how simple or complex - to surface answers instantly.

Is there additional cost to use Luma?

There is currently no additional cost for using Luma, during the preview period. While Luma is still in development, we’re making it available at no added charge so clients can benefit from early access and help shape the experience. 


When Luma moves to General Availability, you will be able to select a license tier based on your level of Luma usage. Any plan changes will be communicated in advance to ensure transparency.


Who else has access to my agent(s) and what can they do?

Luma operates within your own environment and is only accessible to your brand’s users.

None of your data is used to train, re-train, or fine-tune models made available to others. No data is made available to any third-party model developers. Decile does not contribute or collect external data for training.

Can customers opt out of Luma?

Yes, send an email to support@decile.com to exclude your account from Luma AI.
