Decile is excited to offer Luma AI, our AI-based ecommerce analyst, to our clients. We recognize that trust and confidentiality is imperative to our customer relationships and remain dedicated to upholding the highest standards of data security and privacy.


Luma AI by Decile is built on top of an enterprise-grade AI platform operating within a secure data cloud.

In using the Luma AI Features, your Usage and Customer Data (including inputs and outputs):

  • are NOT available to other customers.
  • are NOT used to train, re-train, or fine-tune Models made available to others.
  • are NOT provided to any third-party Model developer.

Decile maintains a SOC 2 Type II–certification and adheres to rigorous controls for confidentiality, integrity, and availability. 

Decile does not contribute or collect external data for training and each client operates in a logically segregated datawarehouse - no data co-mingling.
