Uninstalling Decile

The Decile app can be uninstalled via Shopify. If you would like to uninstall please complete the following steps prior to your next billing term date.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Apps and sales channels
  3. Find Decile and click the … button next to it
  4. Click Uninstall
  5. Optional: Enter a reason for uninstalling the app
  6. Click Uninstall again to confirm

Billing terms can be found in your Decile instance under settings (gear icon) -> Brand Settings.
