Onboarding Audiences

1. Navigate to the Audiences page under Audiences
2. On the right side Under ‘Actions” to select the three dots next to the audience you want to onboard
3. Select "Sync to Destination"
4. Select the destination for the audience
5. Select "New Sync" to complete the process.

Do Decile Audiences update automatically?

Yes, Decile Audiences are dynamic whenever new data is uploaded to Decile (daily for most brands), the customers that fall in and out of onboarded audiences will refresh on all platforms.

Can I see where an audience has been onboarded?

Yes, on the audience onboarding page simply select the audience to view the destinations for that audience
